In this webinar, Rebeca and Danny offered important insights on how educators, administrators, and structures might promote racial stereotypes that limit the participation of Black, Latine, Indigenous, and other historically marginalized groups in early math education. They also provided suggestions on how to disrupt implicit biases and implement pedagogical practices that support the development of positive math identity in all children.
